Refund/Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

With your pre-payment, a place in the class has been reserved JUST FOR YOU. Space is limited and there may be a "waiting list." We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to cancel and reschedule a class. Please give at least 48 hour notice if you are unable to attend. No refunds will be given, but you may reschedule. Class must be rescheduled within 60 days or next available session (if course is less frequent) of the original class date. To cancel and reschedule a class, please call 714 546-4252.

A $10 processing fee will be assessed for NSF checks or reprocessing credit cards.

In case of an emergency or sudden illness, please contact the office immediately and we will reschedule you to a future class.

No Call, No Show does not qualify for any type of adjustment.
